ABYCINE - INTERNATIONAL ALBACETE FILM FESTIVAL is an audiovisual event which pretends to locate dare and dynamic audiovisual proposals and to offer a place for reflecting about the new cinema thematic and stylistic trends in Castilla - La Mancha.
ABYCINE is on the bordering proposals inside the fields of the audiovisual in its different formats [long and short films, videocreation, ads, etc.]. It also includes other artistic disciplines such as music, contemporary art and ephemeral architecture. The festival pays special attention to the new digital technologies in the fields of independent Spanish and international productions.
ABYCINE is also a claim of a contemporary culture place for young people, a meeting point for young Spanish cinema professional people from a city which is far away from the clichés developed from the ancient generations.
